He was so nice to take of his time in Saturday afternoon when most agents not bother even to pick up the phone, to put himself at effort to research the best insurance for me and my family. I am so limited with time during the week because my day work starts at 7-7:30am and finish usually around 6:30 - 7:00pm. Only Saturday is good day for me( not every Saturday even to be honest ) Most agencies are closed on that time...
